How to Perform a Screen Reset
To access this function, your specific Card ID (The 12-digit number on the back of the card) must have SCREEN RESET selected under MAINTENANCE in permission settings . Please see your store Owner/Manager to update your permission settings. See Permission Settings and Functions for more information on how to set permissions.
- Insert your card.
- Select Maintenance from the main menu.
- Select Screen Reset.
- Select Reboot X-Changer A or B, whichever X-Changer you want to reboot.
- You'll receive a message asking if you're sure you want to reset X-Changer A. Select OK.
- The X-Changer A will reset itself.
