System Error Messages
To access this function, your specific Card ID (The 12-digit number on the back of the card) must have SYSTEM ERROR MESSAGES selected under MAINTENANCE in permission settings . Please see your store Owner/Manager to update your permission settings. See Permission Settings and Functions for more information on how to set permissions.
NEVER IGNORE THE ISSUES THAT REQUIRE ATTENTION!
- Insert your card, click on Maintenance from the main menu.
- Select System Error Messages.
- The page will display the reason(s) for the red bar.
- If the message is clear, then take action, and the message and red bar will clear within one minute.
- If the message is unclear, it may require additional service attention.
