Wash to Win is a loyalty program that encourages customers to return to the store.  Customers are rewarded points for every dollar they spend on qualifying machines.  When they reach the pre-designated amount setup by the Store Owner, they are rewarded with credit (money) towards the start of another machine.  

Wash to Win is also an excellent card retention program.  For customers who have low balances, they will be encouraged to keep their card as the points stored on the card will be lost if discarded.  Follow the steps below to set up the Wash to Win program.


Wash to Win setup

To access this function, your specific Card ID (The 12-digit number on the back of the card) must have WASH TO WIN SETUP selected under MARKETING in permission settings .  Please see your store Owner/Manager to update your permission settings.  See Permission Settings and Functions for more information on how to set permissions.

  1. Select Marketing from the main menu.
  2. Select WASH TO WIN SETUP.  (Wash to Win will only display if the program is enabled in Settings under Marketing.)
  3. Enter the information for the Wash to Win promotion, then click Save.  (You must also select which equipment needs to be used by the customer to earn the Wash to Win points by selecting the Wash to Win Equip Setup button.  Follow the steps below to complete the equipment setup.)

Wash to Win Equipment Setup

Only machines that 'Allow Points' will allow customers to earn points towards the Wash to Win program.  In most cases only washers should be configured to issue points.

  1. Select Marketing from the main menu.
  2. Select Wash to Win.  (Wash to Win will only display if the program is enabled in Settings under Marketing.)
  3. Select Wash to Win Equip Setup.
  4. Check the box under Earn Points next to the machine you want customers to use in order to earn points towards the Wash to Win program. 
  5. Click Save.

Wash to Win Analysis Report

This report will show a summary of how many points have been earned and converted, as well as the amount of bonus dollars that have been awarded, used, and that are still available.

Toggle PreviewClicking this button shows a side-by-side comparison of the Wash to Win ad in both English and Spanish.
Promotion DatesThis is the date range during which the Wash to Win program will be active.
Customer Must Spend $This field designates the rate in which customers will 
accumulate points. The system associates points to dollars $0.01 to a 1 point. For example if this 
field is set to '30' then customers will earn 30 points for every dollar spent on qualifying equipment. 
If a machine costs $2.00 then the customer will earn 60 wash points for using that machine.
To Receive Bonus of $ This filed designates the goal the customer must achieve in order to 
be rewarded. It also designates the amount of the reward. If the field is set to '300' then the 
customer must earn 300 points in order to be rewarded. In this same example the reward is 
determined by taking the 300 points and converting it back to dollars at the same rate it was 
accumulated, 1 point = $0.01. In this example the customers attaining their goal would be 
rewarded with $3.00 in free wash credit.
Wash to Win Bonus Redemption RateThe rate in which Wash to Win bonus is released to 
customers. This works just like the bonus percent in the General Info screen. It is recommended 
to leave this at 100.
Reset all Points to 0This resets all customer points to 0
Winner Screen Messages50 Character messages can be edited to show a custom message 
to customers who have earned a bonus, messages run consecutively.  Spanish messages will 
appear if customer card is marked as Spanish, Spanish messages must be entered in Spanish 
the system does not translate.
