Owners have the ability to create prizes and coupons as incentives to customers. If prizes are available, customers will see them in their account overview on the Available Prizes tab.
Claiming an Available Prize
These prizes are created by the store Owner/Manager. Please click this link to learn how to configure prizes: Prize Packages Setup.
Follow the steps below to claim a prize.
Insert your customer card and select AVAILABLE PRIZES.
A Customer must have used their card to acquire the necessary points to claim the prize. Once the points are acquired, a "SELECT" button is available for claiming the prize for which they qualify.
Select "SELECT" on the prize you wish to claim.
Click "OK" to confirm you want the prize.
The customer must see the store Owner/Manager or other employee to collect the prize. Click "CONTINUE" to return to your account overview. See Redeem Prize to learn how Managers can redeem a prize.
Redeeming a Coupon
To redeem a coupon, you may need to ask the Store Owner/Manager for the coupon code.
Once received, enter the code under the Enter Coupon tab and click Submit.
After entering the code, the coupon information will appear like below, and the additional $1 will be added to your card. Click "CONTINUE" to return to your Account Overview.
